Larry Willett, 68, of Silvis, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2010, at his home.
Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, at Schroder Mortuary, Silvis. Memorials may be made to the family.
Larry was born Feb. 15, 1941, in Alexis, the son of Ned and Dola Saylor Willett. He worked at John Deere Harvester Works in East Moline, retiring in 1993. He enjoyed camping and fishing with his brothers, Perry and Jim.
Survivors include his children, Matt Willett, Silvis, Dawn Ware, Moline, Mark and Maria Willett, East Moline, and Trudy Dursky, East Moline; grandchildren, Chandler Willett, Katilyn Willett, Mark Valdez and Ashley Willett, Summer Vanduesseldorp and Derek Woods; brother, John Willett, Florida. Larry was preceded in death by six brothers.
