Life Legacy
Evelyn Charlotte Olsen, 88, of Silvis, formerly of Chicago, died Feb. 12, 2010, at Aspen Health and Rehab Center, Silvis.
Memorial services will take place at Belmont Funeral Home, Chicago, in March or April.
She was born July 27, 1921, in Appleton, Minn., daughter of Edwin and Clara Lund. She married Olaf Roy Olsen in Chicago, and they enjoyed more than 50 years together before he died March 16, 2005.
Survivors include a sister and two nephews in Minnesota; two nieces and two nephews in Illinois; a nephew in Florida; and various grandnieces and nephews. Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, a sister and two brothers.
