Andrew C. Whipple

Andrew C. Whipple, 44, of East Moline passed away September 11, 2025 at his home.

A memorial service will be 6pm Thursday, September 18, 2025 with visitation 2 hours prior to service time. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens in East Moline at a later date. Memorials may be made to qcpaws.

Andrew was born October 30, 1980 in Davenport, IA the son of John and Sue Hobbs Whipple. He previously worked at Rock Island Arsenal as an equipment mechanic and most recently worked at Lowes. Andrew enjoyed computers and listening to music and was a NASCAR, St. Louis Cardinals, and New Orleans Saints fan.

Survivors include his parents John and Sue Whipple; sister Sarah (Tim) Weller of Coal Valley; 2 nieces Bo and Rowan; Aunt Julie (John) Doy, and several cousins.

Andrew was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, his paternal grandparents, and an Uncle Jack Hobbs
