Charles Spicer

Charles R. Spicer, 69, of Silvis, passed away July 23, 2014, at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline. As he wished, cremation rites were accorded. There will be no services. Schroder Mortuary, Silvis, assisted the family with arrangements. Charles was born May 5, 1945, in Moline, son of Charles and Edith Rickey Spicer. Survivors include his son, Richard Blue; siblings, Danny, Ron, Kris Kent, Gary, Janet Vize, Diane Taylor, Alan, Barb Lucia and Sharon King; grandson, Ricky Blue. Charles was preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy Sue.
