David V. Chaser

David V. Chaser, 51, of East Moline passed away August 31, 2025 at his home.

Per his wishes, he will be cremated, and a memorial service will be 3pm Friday, September 5, 2025 with visitation 1 hour prior to service time. Burial will be at a later date.

David was born July 16, 1974 in Moline, IL the son of Larry Parks and Elmira Chaser. He married Nicole File March 17, 2023 in Rock Island. David enjoyed watching Sunday football and was a Chicago Bears Fan. He also enjoyed working in the yard and sending good morning texts to his family. He was always laughing or giggling and made everyone feel like they were the most important person in the world.

Survivors include his father, Larry Parks; wife Nicole; stepchildren Amanda, Danyelle, Allie, Shianne, and Shealyn; grandchildren Helenrose, Christopher, and Robert; 2 great grandchildren; Cousins Deanna, Emmett, Paul, Martina, and Paulette; aunts Carol, Valerie, and Eldoris; uncle Dana, and a dear friends Jeff Dozier and Rob.

David was preceded in death by his mother.
