Deborah Miranda

Deborah C. Miranda, 52, of East Moline, died Friday, Sept. 29, 2017, at UnityPoint Health-Trinity Rock Island. A memorial visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at Schroder Mortuary, Silvis. Memorials may be left for Chicago Shriner's Hospital. Deborah was born June 10, 1965, in Silvis, a daughter of John and Carol Beatty Masias. She married Luis S. Miranda. Deborah was proud to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and caring for hospice patients. She was a talented artist who enjoyed doing arts and crafts. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Luis Miranda, East Moline; children, Rogelio Rocha Jr., Moline, John Rocha, East Moline, Courtney Rocha, Sacramento, Calif., Elias Rocha, East Moline; stepsons, Luis A. Miranda, Moline, and Nick Miranda, Colorado; grandchildren, Jace Masias, Julian Rocha, Ryann Miranda, Luis Miranda Jr. and Laniya Miranda; siblings, Robin Ellis, Davenport, Mary Masias, Silvis, and Peter (Amy) Masias, Green Bay, Wis.; and several nieces and nephews, including a niece she was especially close to, Lindsay Keegan, East Moline. She was preceded in death by her parents.
