Dennis Allensworth

Dennis D. Allensworth, 48, of Colona, passed away June 20, 2016, at Trinity Rock Island. Per his wishes he will be cremated and a memorial visitation will be 11-2 p.m. Saturday at Schroder Mortuary in Colona. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Dennis was born Oct. 14, 1967, in Moline, the son of Larry and Arlene Vols Allensworth. He collected Morton pottery and enjoyed gardening. Survivors include his father Larry Allensworth of Colona; sisters Shari Langley of Viola, Illinois, and Michelle "Toby" (Todd) Pendleton of Sparland, Illinois; nephew Marc (Sarah) Scott; nieces Shannin and Christa Scott; great niece Emma Scott and an uncle Dale (Pamela) Allensworth of Silvis. Dennis was preceded in death by his grandparents and his mother Arlene.
