Dwaine Hasson

Dwaine Thomas Hasson, 36, of Coal Valley, died May 8, 2013, in East Moline. Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Schroder Mortuary, Colona. Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Schroder Mortuary, Colona. Burial is at Calvary Cemetery, Davenport. Memorials are being accepted at Blackhawk Bank and Trust in Dwaine's name. He was born Sept. 8, 1976, in Rock Island, to Thomas Lee and Orphajean Marie Harkless Hasson. Dwaine was a devoted worker, owning and operating Hassons Mobile Truck and Trailer Repair. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, mushroom hunting, spending time with his family, friends, nieces and nephews. He loved stock car racing, his team was Hurricane Hasson No. 44. Survivors include his mother, Jeannie Hasson; fiancee, April Bellmyer; daughter, Delores Rose Hasson; stepdaughter, Madelyn Fentress; siblings, Don (Carla) Ferrel Jr., Danny Hasson, Thomas Hasson Jr., and Amy Hasson; nephews, Donovan and Dylan Ferrel and many other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
