Eddie Barnhart

Eddie W. Barnhart, 48, of East Moline, passed away on July 16, 2013, at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis. A memorial celebration and benefit will be at noon on July 28 at Fargo on Avenue of the Cities, Moline. Memorial contributions may be made payable to the Eddie Barnhart Benefit Fund at The Valley Bank. Schroder Mortuary, Silvis, is assisting the family with arrangements. Eddie was born on July 29, 1964, in Moline, the son of Thomas Edmond and Millie Goodwin Barnhart. He was an excellent guitar player in his band Crazy Ace. Eddie lived in the moment and loved every one of them. He was a very giving and loving father, a wonderful brother, a beautiful friend and a proud grandpa. Survivors include a special friend, Jenna Harker; children, Jessica Barnhart, Samantha Barnhart, Tabatha Evenhouse, Wolfgang Barnhart, Shine Barnhart and Patricia Pavelka; grandchildren, Gabriel Barnhart, Bryson Barnhart, Owen Plagge and Isaac Evenhouse; sisters, Lisa and Angelia Barnhart; brother, Timothy Barnhart; several nieces and nephews; and a personal friend, Linda Highwater. Eddie was preceded in death by his parents.
