Jack L. Brooks Jr.

Jack L. Brooks Jr., 66, of Orion passed away April 4, 2025 at Unity Point Hospital in Rock Island.

Per his wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no services at this time.

Jack was born August 29, 1958 in Baumholder, Germany the son of Jack and Helena Mader Brooks Sr. He married Deborah Johnson November 23, 1984 in Moline. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and NASCAR. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his mother Helena (Ben) Peoples; wife Deborah; children Ashley (Alex) Bowman and Sabrina (John) Allen; grandchildren Maci, Kennedy, Enzo, and Odin; siblings Debra Prather Brooks, Robert Brooks, and Monica Ferrier.

Jack was preceded in death by his father and a sister Petra Schmidt.
