James Ray Griffin was born Feb. 21, 2011, at 9:47 a.m. He died peacefully at 2 p.m. on May 25, 2011.
A Mass will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Silvis. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. today at Schroder Mortuary, Silvis. Memorials may be made to the family.
James is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Sierra-Griffin, and his father, Christopher Griffin; grandparents, Fransisco Sierra, Ronna Roessler, Deborah Santos, Mark DeHaven, Linda and Randy Mayns; aunt, Jamie Lynn Henthorn; uncles, William Santos, Matthew Sierra; aunt, Carol, and uncle, Robert Neal, and their five children.
Loved by all, he will be greatly missed.
