Jeri Lynn Martin, 37, of East Moline, died Dec. 15, 2011, at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis.
Services will be 7 p.m. Wednesday at Schroder Mortuary, Silvis. Visitation will be two hours prior to service time. Memorials may be made to the family.
She was born Jan. 20, 1974, in Moline, to Clifford and Maria Buck Martin.
She enjoyed crossword puzzles, fishing and listening to music.
Survivors include her parents, Clifford and Maria Martin; daughter, Michele; sisters, Jennifer (John) Layman, Kelly Martin; nieces and nephew, Savannah, Rose, John and Joyce.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
