Joyce E. Lucas, 74, of East Moline passed away March 7, 2017 at Illini Restorative Care Center in Silvis.
Funeral services will be 10am Monday at First Free Evangelical Church in Moline. Visitation will be 1-4pm Sunday at Schroder Mortuary in Silvis. Burial will be at Rock Island National Cemetery.
Joyce was born July 9, 1942 in Moline, IL the daughter of Orville and Mary Lambrick Howlett. She married William Lucas Oct. 12, 1963 in East Moline. Joyce was a homemaker and also enjoyed babysitting for others.
Survivors include her husband William "Richard" of East Moline; children Brenda Sandoval of East Moline and Becky (Brian) McWilliams of Belvidere, IL; grandchildren Bryant, Brian Jr. and Robert McWilliams, Tony Sandoval and Stacey (Dakota) Cline; great grandson Remington Cline; sister Joann (Mike) Foss and a brother Jack (Mary) Howlett.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Judy Lucas.
