Kathleen S. Stone

Kathleen S. Stone, 79, of Adams, TN formerly of Silvis passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville, TN.

A graveside service will be 10am Monday at Greenview Memorial Gardens in East Moline.

Kathie was born July 11, 1944 in Monmouth, IL the daughter of Harold and Mabel (Bailey) Dorman. She married Paul W. Stone March 5, 1967. He passed away May 30, 2010. Kathie received a master’s degree and worked as an RN, a schoolteacher, and a school counselor. She enjoyed playing games, word puzzles, and working in her yard and flower gardens.

Survivors include her children Paul David Stone of Grain Valley, MO, Pam Smith of Ridgefield, WA, Pegge Strange of Grain Valley, MO, Gary Stone of Clarksville, TN, and

Kristy Stone of Franklin, TN and 7 grandchildren.

Kathie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a daughter Patricia.
