Myra White

Myra L. White, 93, of Colona, passed away August 7, 2024, at her home.

Per her wishes, cremation rites were accorded and there will be no services. Schroder Mortuary in Colona is assisting the family with arrangements.

Myra was born October 5, 1930 in Winfield AL., the daughter of Gertrude (Burleson) and Murry Perry. She married Doyle White in March of 1966. 

Myra enjoyed getting “all gussied up” to go into town. Going out to eat and shopping. She enjoyed gambling, reading her Angels magazine, word search puzzles and going out on the deck to see “her birdies and squirrels.”

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Tracey Collins, Andrea Hutchins and Mary White, all of Colona, and her son Robert Gann of Alabama.

She was preceded in death by her Husband Doyle, her son Perry, her mother and father and five siblings.
