Otto E. Horton III, 51, of Moline, passed away Sept. 11, 2016, at UnityPoint Health-Trinity Rock Island.
A memorial visitation will be 2-5 p.m. Saturday at Schroder Mortuary in Silvis. Memorials may be made to the family.
Otto was born Aug. 26, 1965, in Rock Island, the son of Otto E. Jr. and Geraldine Lowther Horton. He was the owner of "Poppin Tops" Karaoke.
Survivors include his mother, Geraldine; daughters, Chelsea and Danny Horton, both of Ohio; sisters, Shirley Waters and Bonnie Horton; brothers, Steve (Horton) Groover, Lonnie Horton, Carl Horton, Tim Horton, Joe Horton, Chris Horton and Jerry Horton; nieces and nephews, Steve, David, Diane, Kathy, Beth, Laura, Jamie, Dustin, Mitchell, Steven, Alexandra, Anthony, Jordan, Scott; and several great-nieces and nephews.
Otto was preceded in death by his father; and a niece, Tabatha Waters.
