Patricia Lohse, 83, of Silvis, passed away Sunday, Jan. 22, 2017, surrounded by her loving family.
Private services will be held. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline.
Memorials may be made to Thornber Cemetery, Powellton, Illinois.
She was born May 17, 1933, in Ferris, Illinois, to Floyd and Mary Margaret Neff Bruegger. She married Lyle Lohse on Dec. 3, 1955, at Silvis United Methodist Church.
She was a 1951 graduate of East Moline High School. In 1954. She graduated as a registered nurse from Lutheran Hospital School of Nursing. She worked with the original staff of the Pediatrics Unit at Illini Hospital. Pat finished her career with Dr. Albert in Colona, retiring after 18 years. She was a member of Christ United Methodist - Silvis Campus. She enjoyed playing cards with friends and was a fantastic cook.
Survivors include her spouse, Lyle Lohse, of Silvis; children, Daniel Lohse and Richard (Maria) Lohse, all of Silvis; grandchildren, Andrew (Sarah) Lohse and Katharine Lohse; and great-granddaughter Vivien Lohse.
She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Gene Bruegger.
