Robert J. Hintze, 56, of Moline passed away Monday, May 4, 2026 at University of Iowa Hospital and Clinic.
A memorial visitation will be 12-2pm Monday, May 11, 2026 at Schroder Mortuary in Silvis. Burial will follow at Greenview Memorial Gardens in East Moline. Memorials may be made to University of Iowa Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy Program.
Robert was born January 26, 1970 in Davenport, IA the son of Robert and Virginia Hintze. He graduated from United Township High School and completed an associate degree at Black Hawk College. Robert worked at Lewis Machine & Tool in Milan and Vander Vending in Rock Island. He also controlled lights and sound for the band Code 15.
Survivors include his mother Virginia Barber.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
