Verna J. Foster

Verna J. Foster, 75, of Moline passed away January 3, 2023 at Genesis Medical Center East Campus in Davenport.

Per her wishes she will be cremated, and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Schroder Mortuary, Silvis is assisting the family with arrangements.

Verna was born June 8, 1947 in Craig, MO the daughter of Charles Leonard and Roberta Ayleen (Scarlett) Foster. She retired from Kawasaki in Maryville, MO after 25 years. Verna was an avid Elvis fan and was proud to be able to visit Graceland this past year. Everyone who knew her loved her, especially her sense of humor.

Survivors include her children Renita Watts, Stephanie Gilland, Amy Jo Gilland, and Keri Gilland; 14 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and a brother Danny Foster.

Verna was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Perry Foster.
