Virginia "Ginny" Bryant

Virginia “Ginny” Bryant, 92, of Colona passed away Saturday, July 18, 2026 at her grandson’s home in Kewanee.

Visitation will be 11-12pm on Saturday, July 25, 2026 at Schroder Mortuary in Colona with graveside services at 12:30pm at Greenview Memorial Gardens in East Moline.

Ginny was born June 1, 1934 in Muscatine, IA the daughter of Herbert and Shellie Henderson Hughes. She married Vernon V. Bryant July 15, 1955 in Muscatine, IA. He passed away October 19, 2019. She was a devout Christian and a follower of God.

Survivors include her children Randal (Donna) Bryant and Lyndal Bryant; grandchildren Eric (Charity) Bryant, Lindsay Bryant, Devin (Ann) Bryant, Drew Bryant, Logan Bryant, and Landyn Bryant; great grandchildren Waylon, Trevor, Kadin, Maverick, Amara, Ronin, and Autumn.

Ginny was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brothers Leethon, Hylan, and Mylan.
